Synopsis: Main Meri Patni Aur Woh tells the tale of an ordinary looking man called Mithilesh (Rajpal Yadav) who is married to a tall, good-looking Veena (Rituparna Sengupta). The movie brings forth the husband's insecurities and inferiority complex, as he feels that he is no match for his beautiful and charming wife. The twist in the tale happens when Akash (Kay Kay Menon) comes into the picture. Akash is everything, which Mithilesh longs to be. It is then Mithilesh takes a decision, which changes the course of the story. Main Meri Patni Aur Woh is sprinkled with humour and bitter realities of life. The male protagonist and his insecurities are easily identifiable.
